Longmont Colorado Food
I have lived in Longmont since 2015, but before that I was a boulder girl and lived downtown for six years. I grew up and developed and saw a city with over 100,000 inhabitants, and although I come from Boulder, I have often got used to not living in a bubble and have been amazed by the variety of dining options within walking distance of bars and restaurants. So here are some recommendations (mostly from me) for food and drink in and around Longmont, Colorado, with some of my favorite areas I have in stock.
Although there is continuous growth, the city retains the small town charm it has always had, it always has, and it is a great place to live.
Best of all, there is room to boost the ongoing pizza shop business, so you should grab a slice of cake before you buy it. You don't have to jump into a lucrative industry to be part of it, just as long as you're willing to learn and learn.

The owners of Longmont have created a friendly restaurant, and the restaurant definitely feels like sitting on the terrace with your best friends and having a chat over a glass of wine. The Pumphouse has a always full terrace and dogs are allowed. Smokin 'Bowls offers some of the best barbecue dishes in the area, as well as a wide selection of local craft beers and wines.
The restaurant is located in a converted house from 1890, and the seating inside is cozy, but the magic is in the back terrace, complete with a full bar and plenty of outdoor seating. When I lived in Boulder, I made a side trip to Longmont every year, as the good things were almost always sold out. Now there is a bigger location with many seating and a great bar to stay. I love the martini on the terrace, so you should sit outside, it's one of my favorite places in the area.
It is housed in a building measuring about 1,400 square feet, with a lease for $1,477 a month that does not expire until 2024.
It is located on the west side of the main road of Longmont and offers easy access on foot and by car as well as a variety of restaurants and bars. Check out the weekly deals they have every night: Monday is $0.75 for wings, Friday is roast fish and Monday - Thursday is $1.00 for a kebab burger. The other site, Southern Sun, has no wings so you could make Oscar Blues sound solid, but I suggest you order both.
I think this is really a great place for a quick lunch or dinner with good food, good service and good atmosphere.
The menu is packed with queso and green chiles, as well as an impressive selection of tequila, but the tacos are the main event. They have a diameter of 1 / 4 "to 2 / 3," and with the special jeefes (rims), which are made from dark chili powder, sugar and salt, you really can't do anything wrong. The vegetarian tacos are also worth trying, even if you're a meat eater, you'll find many great sushi is actually available at Longmont and two of my favorites are at Sushi Leo beed. No 1 Chef Mori San is from Japan and has been making sushi for over 40 years And he's one of the best sushi chefs in the country.
