LONGMONT – When she was frustrated and hopeless, Leticia Ortiz turned to El Comité. The Lafayette woman was arrested in February for an outstanding warrant and spent 10 hours at the Boulder County jail. But the warrant was for a different woman who had the same name, date of birth, height and weight and was wanted in Eagle County.
