Who can afford to stay here in these times of survival? Furthermore, this is just another Marriott Hotel for the upper-upper-class -- built only for the privilaged fat wallets. Oh, I'm sure its a nice experience as some have commented…

I was so excited to get a facial at the ritz as the reviews seem to be so good. The ambiance, front desk, steam room and treatment rooms are awesome. What is lacking is the quality of the treatments. I had both a facial and massage. …
Pros: locker room/treatment rooms Cons: poor treatment quality
